The Milano Package

24 pages of 4X5, 5X7or 8XI 0 (you choose the sizes you want and design your album) inch photos of your wedding, sprayed to protect against soiling and harmful UV rays

I 16X20 inch Portrait from your wedding mounted and sprayed.

Up to 5 hours of Professional Wedding coverage on your wedding day.

You get 125-150 4X5 previews in a preview album.

THE MARQUISE PACKAGE

  Album: Bonded Leather album from our Marquise selection in your choice of White, Black,

Gray or Blue in four cover designs.

In the Album: Pages to hold 10 8X10 inch photos and 20 5X7 inch photos that you select. You make your selections from your preview book. All of the pictures are sprayed to protect against soiling and harmful UV rays

Also: One 11X14 inch Portrait from your wedding mounted and sprayed.

Up to 4 hours of Professional Wedding coverage on your wedding day.

You get 100 4X5 Previews in a preview album.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING INFORMATION AND LIMITATIONS

All of the album wedding packages include charges for up to 5 hours of photography time. There may be additional hourly charges if a wedding runs over the 5 hour time .the "previews" package is a limited time package and only allows for 3 hours photography time. Additional time will be added at $75.00 per hour.

You will not be charged for preparation time, edit time , consultation interviews, lab time or travel time unless otherwise stated.

We use only professional, medium format equipment and professional quality Kodak films and papers. All of our finishing work meets or exceeds the highest standards of professional photographers.

All of the albums in our packages carry lifetime warranties from the manufacturer against defects in workmanship. All of these products are specifically designed for professional photographers use and maximum protection of the photographic product.

CONTRACTUAL WEDDING INFORMATION

Deposits: a deposit is required to book any wedding date. The amount of the deposit may vary but in no event will it be less than $200.00. The deposit amount is deducted from the total price of your wedding package. This deposit is non-refundable. Should the agreement be canceled you should notify us immediately. We will make every attempt to reschedule where possible.

Account balance: any balance due must be paid prior to the wedding day. You may pay in several payments in advance as long as the entire amount is paid by the wedding date.

Liability: the photographer’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for his/her services.

Illness: in the event of a serious illness every attempt will be made to find a replacement photographer. In the event that is impossible, the liability shall be no more than the total paid for services.

Copyright: in concurrence with federal law, the images created are the sole property of the photographer and any attempt to copy them without the expressed written consent of the photographer is punishable by federal law.

Other photographers: we reserve the right to limit the use of other photography equipment during the assignment. We reserve the right to demand other photographers cease and desist if there equipment interferes with our completing the assignment.

Negatives/positives: the film created is the sole property of the photographer and are not available for sale.
